The Use of HIIT (LVHIIT and HVHIIT protocols) as an exercise intervention for preventing, managing and treatment of non-communicable and chronic diseases in different populations (tertiary students and the community).

This study argues for the need to empower the rural communities on how to best manage Diabetic Mellitus, hence it will explore experiences, views, attitudes practices and perception of rural communities at King Cetshwayo District.
